ANNOUNCEMENT
RE: SPECIAL MEETING FOR UHBE
Founder Masters Thay Thuan and Co Hai instruct that the following leaders of each Center attend the Special Meeting which will be held on October 24, 2013 in Orange County, California, USA:
1. ALL UHBE Instructors,
2. ALL Leaders and Deputy (Assistant) Leaders of all UHBE Centers.
This Special Meeting is very important to the development of UHBE. At the meeting, Founder Masters will provide guidance with respect to organizing and maintaining the Centers from now one. Therefore, Founder Masters Thay Thuan and Co Hai announce to the above listed individuals that they MUST be present for this Special Meeting on October 24, 2013.
UHBE Anaheim Headquarter Center requests that all Center Leaders email the list of the individuals who will attend this Special Meeting from your Center to Susan Luong at shluong@yahoo.com no later than June 15, 2013.
All Instructors must carry their Instructor ID Cards. ID Cards for Center Leaders and Deputy Center Leaders will be provided at the Meeting.
Center Leader for Orange County UHBE Center will send announcement regarding hotel, transportation, meals, and other arrangements for this Special Meeting.
