Dear Leaders of all UHBE Centers,
On behalf of our Masters Thay Thuan and Co Hai of UHBE Headquarter Center, I am pleased to write to you regarding the upcoming high level classes (LEVEL 4, 5, 6 and 7) for 2013 which will be taught by our Masters in USA. The dates and location(s) for these classes will be announced by our Masters after we receive all enrollment forms by the deadline as detailed below.
Please note the following:
1. Attached you will find enrollment forms for Level 4, 5, 6 and 7 classes. As the Leader of your Center, it is your responsibility to recommend only those students who truly qualify to promote to a higher level. If there are any qualified students in your Center who wish to advance to these high level classes, please complete the attached enrollment form(s) and email back to me no later than APRIL 30, 2013. In completing the forms, please be sure to provide all requested information including students' full names, ages, and year promoted to their current level. TO ASSIST WITH EFFICIENT PREPARATION FOR THESE CLASSES, WE ASK FOR YOUR PROMPT COOPERATION IN COMPLYING WITH THIS DEADLINE. PLEASE RESPECT THIS DEADLINE AND DO NOT ASK FOR ANY EXCEPTIONS.
2. After we receive all enrollment forms by the deadline, Masters will decide which students on the registration lists are accepted for enrollment. Students on the registration lists are NOT accepted for class enrollment until you receive confirmation that Masters have accepted those students. After Masters make their decisions, I will send out emails to those Centers with Masters' decisions.
3. After Masters decide which students are accepted for class enrollment, Masters will determine the dates and location(s) for these classes. Once this information is available, I will email this information to those Centers with students who have been accepted for class enrollment. Afterwards, those students can start making their travel arrangements for the classes.
