Re: Decision to establish Quang Yen Center in Vietnam

Based on a written request from disciples at Quang Yen and with reports stating the activities have been good, we approved the establishment of Quang Yen Center.

Address of Quang Yen Center is as follows:

Khu 1, Hoang Hoa Tham, Phuong Quang Yen, Thi Xa Quang Yen.

This approval will allow members at Quang Yen Center to be a part of DDMI system, and effective immediately Quang Yen center can contact Anaheim Headquarters’ committee through emails for news, guidance, and new class requests.
