Seattle DDM offers a free Meditation Class every 1st Monday of every quarter starting 1/6/2020.

For example 1/6/2020, 4/6/2020, 7/6/2020, 10/5/2020, 1/4/2021, etc.

Each Meditation Class is 6 days long duration, Monday to Saturday.

The Hours are:

Monday - Friday 6 PM - 9 PM

Saturday 9 AM - 1 PM
